BWF partners, The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) has opened its 2012 Global Editorial Cartoon Contest for entries from amateur and professional artists around the globe.

CIPE will accept illustrations original to the artist through its website or via mail until 23:59 UTC/GMT on July 15, 2012 in each of three categories:
Entrepreneurship – The Engine of Growth
Democratic Governance – Beyond the Ballot Box
Youth Empowerment – The Key to Political and Economic Reform

Cash prizes totaling $5,000 will be awarded to winning entries, as determined by an open online voting process on the CIPE website.
